350.org is announcing its first South Asia training for trainers (T4T) in Dhaka, Bangladesh fromSeptember 25th-28th 2012. They are encouraging applications from enthusiastic climate leaders across South Asia (which includes Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka) to be a part of this one of a kind training. The selected participants will be part of the next generation of climate leaders from South Asia who will strengthen the growing climate movement across the region. The T4T is meant for activists, civil society and youth leaders from across South Asia who will be equipped with vital training resources for building the climate movement. The workshop will focus on providing specific skills on ways to build a movement, run campaigns online and offline, storytelling, facilitate more future workshops, and various other skills that all of us need to work towards achieving our goals in confronting the climate crisis.
